A beautiful brick three story walk-up in Albany’s historic downtown is currently getting some work done to restore the building to it’s former glory. Due to the property’s age and location all work done is in accordance with the requirements set forth by the city’s Historic Resources Commission to preserve the buildings’ original character and style. When this project is complete the building will have new front steps, all the Philadelphia gutters, trim and copper accents repaired or replaced and new slates on the Mansard roof as well. These are some of our before and “work in progress” photos. Updated after pictures will be posted once this project is complete.
